1-2cupshot waterto put in the bottom of your insert (This is not part of the ingredients that go in the bowl for the recipe, but it is needed to make sure you have enough liquid to bring your electric pressure cooker up to pressure.)
Instructions
Place your rack in the bottom of the insert for your 6.5 Quart Ninja Foodi or 6 Quart Electric Pressure Cooker and pour in 1-2 cups of water.
Set a metal bowl on the rack that is big enough to hold your ingredients and will allow the lid to close and seal.
Put your pork loin in the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix together your remaining ingredients.
Evenly pour your mixture over your pork loin.
Put your lid on, lock it on, make sure the valve is set to seal and cook on high pressure for 28-29 minutes before letting it natural release for 15 minutes. (It will take approximately 15 minutes to come to pressure.
If desired, remove rack, stir cooking juices/gravy and serve the gravy spooned over the meat.
Notes
We’ve tested this recipe in a 6 quart Instant Pot and 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. When pressure cooking with larger pressure cookers, you may need to add 1/2 cup to 1 cup more liquid to reach pressure. Make sure not to overfill smaller pressure cookers past their max lines.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. Finally, all electric pressure cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own electric pressure cooker and time adjusted as needed.
