How to Make Garlic Pork Loin for Two in a Ninja Foodi Using the Electric Pressure Cooker Feature

Aunt Lou here.

This Garlic Ninja Foodi Pork Loin for Two is so simple to throw together. Don’t let the ease of putting this together fool you. It does not lack in flavor. Michael and I enjoyed this just as much as the original recipe. When you serve up the slices, I highly recommend spooning the cooking juices over top. The combination of the meat and the cooking juices is just amazing.

General Notes

  • We’ve tested this recipe in a 6 quart Instant Pot and 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. When pressure cooking with larger pressure cookers, you may need to add 1/2 cup to 1 cup more liquid to reach pressure. Make sure not to overfill smaller pressure cookers past their max lines.
