How to Make Garlic Pork Loin in a Ninja Foodi Using the Electric Pressure Cooker Feature
Aunt Lou here.
This Garlic Ninja Foodi Pork Loin recipe takes a reader favorite crock pot recipe (Psst…if you want to cRock this recipe, you can find the crock pot version of the recipe here.) and gives you the electric pressure cooker version of this delicious recipe. Even with taking approximately 15 minutes to come up to pressure, this recipe is done (prep and all) in right around an hour. Not only does this recipe have a quick cooking time, it also gives you a tender and juicy pork loin that is sliceable and some delicious gravy.
I did have to make some adjustments to the original recipe since I was making it in an electric pressure cooker instead of a crock pot. For my 6 quart electric pressure cooker, I like to have at least a cup of liquid. While I already had a can of condensed soup in the original recipe, I added in a cup of chicken broth to make sure I had enough liquid. While it does make the cooking juices/gravy a little thinner than the crock pot version, they are still amazing!

General Notes
- We’ve tested this recipe in a 6 quart Instant Pot and 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. When pressure cooking with larger pressure cookers, you may need to add 1/2 cup to 1 cup more liquid to reach pressure. Make sure not to overfill smaller pressure cookers past their max lines.
