How to Make Garlic Pork Loin in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I absolutely love an easy recipe. You can call me lazy, or you can call me smart, but I love a recipe that can be thrown together quickly and tastes good too! This Crock Pot Garlic Pork Loin could technically be a dump and go recipe if you are super short on time, I just stirred the gravy mix, soup and garlic together to make it easier to spread it all out evenly.
If you prefer a fall apart tender, juicy pork loin, I recommend cooking this recipe on low until it is fork tender. If you prefer a pork loin that is more likely to be able to be sliced, you are more likely to get that result with cooking on high. Another way you can switch up how you serve this recipe is you can serve it over rice or noodles or on its own. Then there is the gravy that is made while it is cooking. You can serve the meat with or without the gravy on top. Whatever way you serve this absolutely delicious recipe, it is sure to please!
