How to Make Pork Loin with Gravy in a Ninja Foodi Electric Pressure Cooker
Aunt Lou here.
I’ve been in vacation planning mode here lately (can I get an AMEN for all of us that need a break!). So, I couldn’t help but think back to one of my favorite recipes I cRocked on vacation…Crock Pot Pork Loin with Gravy. Mouthwatering. Delicious. Easy. Yes! Yes! Yes! So on days where I don’t have time to cRock (believe it or not, those days happen for even me and Cris!) and still want this delicious recipe, I can now whip up this Instant Pot Pork Loin with Gravy recipe! Woohoo!
Instant Pot Pork Loin with Gravy Notes
- We’ve tested this in a 6-quart Instant Pot and a 6.5 Ninja Foodi. You can make this in any 6-8 quart electric pressure. If you are using an 8-quart, you may need to use a half cup more liquid to make sure your pressure cooker will come up to pressure.
- I doubled the Crock Pot Pork Loin with Gravy recipe for this recipe since 3.68 lbs was the smallest pork loin my store had. We love leftovers around here, so that works out great for us. If you don’t like leftovers, you can easily cut this recipe in half. The cooking time will be affected. I have not tried it, so I don’t want to tell you a specific time.
- I used chicken broth in this recipe (instead of water like I did in the crock pot version) and it was delicious!

I tried this tonight and it turned out amazing. The only thing I did differently was add a bit of cornstarch to the gravy to thicken it a little but it was a winner at the dinner table. Definitely a do agaon recipe. Thanks for sharing it.

So glad to hear you enjoyed it!

Just got my 6 qt. instant pot, for $49 on sale! Tried it for first time tonight, made a rack of ribs – hubby loved them, falling off the bone tender after 25 minutes! He was kind of so-so when I made them before, boil then broil, because of his dentures, shhh. I want to try this pork roast recipe, do you put the roast on the rack or just on bottom of liner? Thank you for all the great recipes you send out!

Hi Christina!
I did not use the rack. I just place the pork loin directly in the Instant Pot. Enjoy!
