Aunt Lou here.

The other day, Mikey had a great idea to try out something new with Cris’ corn on the cob recipe when we made a video for the recipe. My absolute favorite was the Garlic Parmesan popcorn seasoning! Then inspiration struck! I love the Creamy Crock Pot Corn I made a while back, AND I love this seasoning. Put the two together and you have one flavorful side! You’re going to love it! The savory deliciousness of this corn is amazing!

How to Make Creamy Garlic Parmesan Corn in a Crock Pot

Well, it doesn’t get much easier than this recipe folks! Pour corn in a 4-quart crock pot. Sprinkle your seasoning on your corn and stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed in your corn. Top with your cubed cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours. Make sure you stir about halfway through cooking.

Creamy Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Corn Notes:

  • This is seriously good people. I could seriously have just this corn for supper. Just me, my crock pot and a spoon! 😉
  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

Can you use garlic and Parmesan cheese if you can’t find the seasoning?

      HI Terri!

I haven’t tried it that way. It might change the texture a bit, but I would be interested to know how it turns out if you try it!
