I wasn’t sure how the pie crust would work out, so I was surprised at how much I loved this! I love green onions with my eggs so I sprinkled a few on top and it was the perfect touch for me! Next time I will try cutting up the Canadian bacon into more bite-sized pieces, making it easer to eat. Thank you!!

I used one of my 6-quart crock pots. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

This sounds really good! I might even add bacon & sausage to it too because sometimes I add ham & bacon to my mac & cheese. That would make it more filling. Not a lot but just enough to add more flavors to it. Even some caramelized onions because I hate raw. I’m thinking right now how much I would like this since when our walk in center said I had a stomach bug & couldn’t eat anything for a few days I am now able to eat real food! Thank you Lord! I hope I can make it this week. Off to buy some pie crusts!
