Place your pork loin fat side up in your 2.5 quart, 3 quart or 4 quart slow cooker.
Spoon your soup over your pork loin.
Sprinkle your gravy mix evenly over everything.
Pour your water over the top of everything.
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and 15 minutes. (This recipe is the most tender and juicy when cooked on low, so I do not recommend cooking it on high.)
Remove your pork loin from your crock pot, place in a serving dish, give your gravy a good stir and pour over your pork loin in your serving dish.
