How to Make Pork Loin with Gravy for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

One thing I love about this Crock Pot Pork Loin with Gravy for Two is that it is so quick and easy to make. It is a dump and go recipe that cooks up quickly, even on low. I do not recommend cooking this on high. Cooking it on low is going to give you the most tender and juicy outcome.

A couple of other things I love about this recipe is that it has great flavor and ample servings. This recipe gives you four, nice sized slices giving each person two slices to enjoy. When pairing this main dish with a couple of your favorite side dishes, you are sure to have a lovely dinner.

(If this recipe sounds good to you but you need to serve more people than two, you can find the original recipe here.)
