This Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken is packed full of flavor, juicy and fall off the bone tender. Even better, it is also incredibly easy to put together!
Place the chicken breast side down into a 6 quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle seasoned salt liberally over the chicken.
Sprinkle the dried rosemary evenly over the chicken or arrange fresh rosemary sprigs around the chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.

My family peels away the skin from this recipe. If you have a family that enjoys eating the skin, you may want to pop your whole chicken into a broiler safe pan and broil for a few minutes to crisp up the skin.
