How to Make a Rotisserie Chicken in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I had not made this recipe in a while, and I had forgot how amazing it is. To be honest, for me, this Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken may just be the perfect whole chicken recipe. It only has three ingredients, can be thrown together in 5 minutes or less and tastes amazing. When I took my first bite, I instantly felt like I was eating a holiday dinner. So, if you are having a smaller holiday gathering and do not want a ton of leftovers, I highly recommend making this chicken. As an added bonus, it is picky eater approved. Every single member of my family devoured their chicken. This recipe just checks all the boxes.
