2.5 Quart Crock Pot or
3 quart crock pot or
4 Quart Crock Pot
Ingredients
1/2lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs(You can use breast meat, but you will want to cut it into thigh size pieces to keep the same cooking time.)
Mix together your soups in a small heat safe mixing bowl.
If you are using a 2.5 quart slow cooker, place your chicken in the bottom and pour your soup mixture over top. If you are using a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker, pour some water in the bottom of your insert, place your mixing bowl of soups on top of the water (make sure the water doesn't come over halfway up the side of the bowl), place your chicken in the bowl and spoon the soups over top.
Cover and cook 1 hour and 40 minutes to 3 hours on low or 50 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes on high (The lesser cooking time is for a 2.5 quart slow cooker. The greater time is for when you are using the double broiler method in a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker. Turn your insert halfway through cooking if you are using a 2.5 quart slow cooker, and it does not cook evenly.)
Once chicken is done, take two forks and shred the chicken into bite size pieces and stir back into sauce. If desired, serve chicken and cooking juices over a bed of prepared rice.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
