Brown your ground beef with your onion and garlic and drain.
Mix together your beans and soup first, then add in your ground beef and stir until well combined.
Pour mixture into a slightly greased 2.5 Quart Casserole Crock Pot, 2.5 Quart Crock Pot, 3 Quart Crock Pot or 4 Quart Crock Pot.
Top with your shredded cheese
Cover and cook on low for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until your cheese is melted. (Rotate your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.)
Serve on tortilla shells with your favorite burrito toppings.
