Wrap 2 to 3 pieces of bacon around each pork chop. (How many pieces per chop will depend on how big your pieces of bacon are.)
Place bacon wrapped chops on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar evenly over the top of your pork chops.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip your pork chops and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of brown sugar on your pork chops.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Turn your broiler on hi and broil for 2-3 minutes on each side until your bacon reaches desired browning.
Serve pork chops with cooking juices spooned over pork chops.

All ovens cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own oven and time adjusted as needed.
