How to Make Bacon Brown Sugar Pork Chops in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
There is just something about recipes with bacon in them. We loved the crock pot version of this recipe, so I thought I would try it out as an oven recipe. These Bacon Brown Sugar Pork Chops are just as juicy and flavorful as the original version. The flavor of the bacon and brown sugar come together to give you a wonderful savory and sweet flavor. On top of that, the cooking juices are amazing too, so we love to spoon them over each pork chop when serving.
In addition to being a delicious recipe, this recipe also cooks up quickly. It is great for when you do not have a lot of time but want a great dinner. In my home, everyone loved this recipe, even my picky eater. I hope you and your loved ones enjoy this as well.
