How to Make Brown Sugar Bacon Chicken in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
So, my family absolutely devours my Crock Pot Brown Sugar Bacon Chicken recipe when I make it. They have also requested it many times since I first made it. When I have a recipe that is a big hit, I like to have different options for making it, and for that reason, you now have this oven version! It is perfect for a night when you need dinner on the table in less than an hour.
There are only 3 ingredients in this recipe, but the flavors all combine to really pop. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs for this recipe. So the timing is for thighs. If you want to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts, you totally can. You will just want to cut the chicken breasts into thigh size pieces before you wrap them with bacon. Either way, I am sure you and your loved one will love this recipe. The sweet and savory together are so good!
