How to Make Dilly Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I live with some pickle loving kids. When I tell them I am making any of the Dilly Recipes, I am greeted with cheers. They loved these Crock Pot Dilly Pork Chops just as much as the others. These pork chops are flavorful and super easy to make. Everyone in my house gobbles them right up. The browning at the beginning makes them super juicy and the flavors all combine beautifully!

Readers often ask me about the thickness of my pork chops. The kind of pork chops I use are labeled as boneless center cut pork chops. A pack of around 2 pounds usually has 7 or 8 pork chops in it. I really like this cut of meat. It cooks up easily and works so well in a variety of recipes. If you are looking for more recipe ideas, you can find some here.
