How to Make 3 Ingredient Buffalo Pork Chops in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
If you love buffalo style recipes, you are going to love 3 Ingredient Crock Pot Buffalo Pork Chops recipe! (Psst…if you want to make this recipe with chicken, you can find the recipe here.) It is incredibly to simple to throw together. Seriously, even with my incredibly slow recipe prep ways I had this recipe thrown together in less than five minutes. Whether you are a novice or a pro, you will be able to prepare this recipe with ease!
While this is not an all day recipe, the two different cooking times are great for giving you options. Do you need to throw something on around lunch time or dinner? Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Do you need to make something right after you get off work for dinner? Then you can cook on high for 1.5 to 2 hours. Easy peasy!
If you need something to cut the heat a bit, I suggest serving this with a side of ranch dressing to dip your pork chop bits into. While Michael enjoyed this without a side or ranch dressing, the kids and I enjoyed it with a dollop of ranch dressing on our plates!
What You Will Need
Ingredients Needed
- 1.5 lbs boneless, pork loin chops
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix packet
- 1 cup wing sauce
- Optional: Prepared ranch dressing on the side when serving if you want.
Equipment Needed
- Measuring cup
- Stirring spatula (I used one of these to make sure I got all the yummy hot sauce out of the measuring cup.)
- Two forks (These were used to rearrange my pork chops halfway through cooking. It isn’t absolutely necessary to do this step. I just find that if I can rearrange the pork chops so the ones on top can get a turn on bottom and vice versa, all of my pork chops come up super tender.)
- 4 quart crock pot
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes or less
- Cooking Time: 3 to 4 hours on low or 1.5 to 2 hours on high

Very easy recipe – the chops came out tender and juicy. Aunt Lou’s suggestion to rotate the chops about half-way through is exactly right – best crock pot chops ever.
I use salsa instead of wing sauce. Also, a yogurt-based chilled sauce is an excellent way to tone down the heat. We had some cucumber-yogurt sauce in the fridge and it was a perfect dipping sauce for our pork chops.
So glad you were able to make this recipe your own and enjoyed it. The cucumber yogurt sauce sounds yummy!
