How to Make Seasoned Chicken in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
A while back, I made these Crock Pot Seasoned Pork Chops and everyone loved them. The flavor is top notch. I had a hunch that the flavors would do well with chicken as well, and boy was I right! The butter, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning mix together wonderfully and really cook into the chicken.
My family is a dark meat family. However, if you are a white meat family, you can take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them into thigh size pieces. That way you can have your white meat while keeping the same cooking time as I have in this recipe. Win, win! Whether you use white or dark meat in this recipe, I hope you and your loved ones enjoy it as much as my family and I did!
