How to Make Balsamic Chicken in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I was looking through some of our recipes the other day when I came across Cris’ post for Crock Pot Balsamic Roast. I had a hunch those delicious flavors might work well with chicken as well. That hunch paid off big time, and now you have this amazing Balsamic Crock Pot Chicken recipe!
This recipe can be thrown together quickly and has a relatively fast cooking time. If you needed an even shorter cooking time, you could easily cut your chicken into smaller pieces so it would cook more quickly.
The flavor in this recipe is divine! If you are looking for a way to change up chicken night in your house, this is it! The cooking juices are delicious over the servings of chicken. You could eat this just as a main on its own or even try serving the chicken and cooking juices over some rice. Yum!
