How to Make Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower in an Air Fryer
Aunt Lou here.
To be honest, I have never been a vegetable person beyond corn, green beans and a fresh spinach salad. I have had some particularly unpleasant experiences with cauliflower, so I have been on a mission to find a way to make this veggie in a way that I enjoy. This Air Fryer Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower recipe was a winner! It is super simple to throw together, cooks up quick in the Air Fryer and has such a great flavor!
This is simple enough for you to throw together as a side for your weeknight dinner. However, it is also tasty enough to serve up to any guest you want to impress! This recipe is for a whole head of cauliflower, so it makes quite a bit. When I reheat it, I like to use my air fryer again. That helps to make the leftovers taste more like it does when you first make it, so I highly recommend heating your leftovers the same way.
