How to Make Brown Sugar Bacon Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

Michael and I were talking the other day about what we wanted to make for dinner in the next few days. When he told me I should wrap pork chops in bacon and cover them with brown sugar, I knew he had just had a brilliant idea that I couldn’t wait to share with you!

This Brown Sugar Bacon Crock Pot Pork Chops recipe only has 3 ingredients. So, it is super simple to prep and with those 3 ingredients, you get a wonderful flavor without a ton of work. Win win! You don’t have to do the final step of broiling, but we really enjoyed the way the way the cooking juices spooned over top of the bacon wrapped chops caramelized a bit and the bacon edges crisped up. It is totally up to your preferences whether you do that or not. We loved it that way. Whichever way you choose, I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do!

(Psst…if you only need dinner for two people, you can find that version of this recipe here.)

So simple yet so yummy! I didn’t have pork chops so I substituted pork ribs, haha! Perfect any time of the year but especially in hot weather. When you just don’t have the umph, this recipe lets you still put a delicious dinner on the table for your family! And with only 3 ingredients too! Amazing!
