How to Make Fiesta Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

Be still my easy recipe loving heart. This Fiesta Crock Pot Pork Chops recipe is a true dump and go recipe that my entire family loved. (Psst…if you want to try out the roast version of this recipe, you can find it here.)

This recipe would go really well with our Crock Pot Fresh Mexicorn or Crock Pot Cilantro Lime Corn or Crock Pot Spanish Rice if you want to serve them up as whole chops. If you prefer to shred them up and put them on a tortilla, I bet that you be yummy too! You do you. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family and I do!

With only three ingredients, these Fiesta Crock Pot Pork Chops are easy to put together, but do not lack flavor. They are so yummy!

What You Will Need

Ingredients Needed

  • 2.5 lb boneless pork chops (To give you an idea of the size of my chops, my pack had 10 boneless pork chops in it.)
  • 20 oz tomatoes with chiles (2 – 10 oz cans)
  • 1 oz pkg taco seasoning

Equipment Needed

  • Can opener
  • Optional: Scissors (You will only need these if you are like me and have trouble opening a paper packet. 😉 )
  • 6 quart slow cooker

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes (or less)
  • Cooking Time: 3 to 4 hours on low or 1.5 to 2 hours on high
With only three ingredients, these Fiesta Crock Pot Pork Chops are easy to put together, but do not lack flavor. They are so yummy!

General Notes

  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
