When I made the Crock Pot Cilantro Lime Chicken recipe a while back, we loved the flavor! It got me to thinking about what else would taste good with this flavor combination. So, now you have this wonderful Crock Pot Cilantro Lime Corn recipe. So yummy!

On top of being delicious, this recipe is super simple. If you are new to cRockin’ the pot and love these flavors, this would be a great recipe for you to try out to get started on your cRockin’ journey!   • 1/2 stick butter, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh squeezed (about 1 lime)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
