How to Make Creamy Tortellini in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We LOVED the flavor of the Crock Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken I made recently. It got me thinking of other ways to use that combination of ingredients to make something else. We love tortellini around here, so I thought I would give it a try with ground beef instead of chicken and add in some tortellini. The result? This amazingly flavored Crock Pot Creamy Tortellini!
This recipe is really simple to throw together. I know the “Equipment Needed” list seems long, but I try to put everything in this list that you will need to help you prepare. The steps truly are super simple and the results are delicious!
You may have noticed a theme lately of me having kid-friendly recipes. Not only recipes that kids will eat, but recipes they can help you put together. My kiddos are with my 24/7 this summer (and have been for months with all that is going on in the world), so coming up with recipes they can help me with helps to bring a bright spot to the day. This recipe is no different. Once I had the ground beef browned and drained, they started helping and had a blast doing it! If you have kiddos in your life, you know that is a win-win!
