How to Make Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
When I made this Crock Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken, Ryder came running as soon as I pulled the lid off of the crock pot. The aroma of the sauce of this recipe brought him to the kitchen from the other side of the house. lol He was begging for a bite while I was taking pictures. He took one bite, and his face lit up (just like his dad’s!). He wanted some immediately.
This chicken is good on a tortilla, a wrap, over noodles, over rice or all on its own. Once you try this, you are going to be coming up with all kinds of ideas too I’m sure! Let me know in the comments below.
I made this with boneless, skinless chicken tenders, hence the short cooking time. You could do this with boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, but will need to either cut them into smaller pieces or adjust your cooking time to accommodate the larger cuts of chicken. Also, if you have a large group to feed, you can double this recipe and put it in a larger crock pot.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. This was absolutely amazing! Hubby got it going in the crock pot and when I walked in the door from work, BOOM the aroma was intoxicating. We put a sprinkle of shredded pepper jack cheese on the bottom of our tortillas. This remined us both of buffalo chicken dip without the heat. SO SO SO good! Already thinking about making this for an easy dinner on a family vacation this summer. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe, it’s a keeper!
