How to Make Low Carb Wings in a Slow Cooker

Are you looking for a super easy way to make chicken wings in your slow cooker? Our Crock Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wings are super easy to throw together AND low carb!

Cris here.

We love to enjoy crock pot chicken wings as a part of our low carb menu. So when I saw a recipe for Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wings in one of my favorite low carb cookbooks, Keto Restaurant Favorites, I knew I wanted to adapt it to a slow cooker recipe ASAP.

Recipe Notes

  • While we used our go to slow cooker method to make these Crock Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wings, you can use it to make whatever flavor you like.
  • The Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce in this recipe was adapted from one of our favorite low carb cookbooks: Keto Restaurant Favorites.
  • Check out all our favorite recommendations for cookboooks, slow cookers and low carb essentials in our Amazon Influencer Shop.
  • You can find more low carb recipes in our Low Carb Recipe Library that we update weekly.
  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

      Hi Jackie-
You will likely have plenty of sauce without having to double it. The sauce makes a LOT. Enjoy!

can you heat the sauce and put over some rice???

Don’t see why not. The heat from the rice would probably suffice to warm the sauce. Enjoy!

I love you recipes! I only have 2.2 pounds of wings. Should I use half of the butter? Also will three hours on high suffice?

      Hi Anne-
i would just cut the recipe in half and either use a smaller slow cooker OR if you use a 6 quart, I’d start checking on them at the 2 hour mark. The time will all depend on your slow cooker. Enjoy!

    Hi Cris
I am going to assume when you say 1/3 cup broth, you are meaning from what the wings cooked in, right?

      Hi Gretchen-
While you could do that, I just used broth I had in my fridge.

On the video it’s regular broth, ie; chicken or beef broth, whatever you have on hand.
