How to Make Wings in an Electric Pressure Cooker

Cris here.

After making our Crock Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wings, we quickly decided to whip up a batch of the electric pressure cooker version in our Ninja Foodi.

We absolutely love being able to make these super tender wings in and electric pressure cooker and then switch the unit over to air crisp to crisp up the skin. If you don’t have a Ninja Foodi or Air Fryer, you can pop your wings under your oven broiler if you desire crisp wings.

Recipe Notes:

  • While we used our go to electric pressure cooker method method to make these wings a Creamy Garlic Parmesan flavor, but you can use it to make whatever flavor you like.
  • You can find the Crock Pot version of this recipe here: Crock Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wings.
  • We have tested this recipe in our Ninja Foodi but you can use any 6-8 quart electric pressure cooker for the pressure cooker step of this recipe and an air fryer or oven broiler if you desire the crisping step.
  • If you are using an 8-quart Instant Pot, you may need to use a half cup more liquid to make sure your Instant Pot will come up to pressure.
  • You can find more electric pressure cooker recipes with our Recipe Finder.
  • More Ninja Foodi Recipes? You can find them here. You can also make any of our Instant Pot Recipes and Air Fryer Recipes in the Ninja Foodi.
  • The Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce in this recipe was adapted from one of our favorite low carb cookbooks: Keto Restaurant Favorites.
  • Check out all our favorite recommendations for cookboooks, slow cookers and low carb essentials in our Amazon Influencer Shop.

  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. Your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
  • All electric pressure cookers differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own unit and time adjusted as needed.
