How to Make Butterfinger Lava Cake in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Never fear dear readers, the Sugar Princess is here! ๐ We love a good lava cake around my house. And I am guessing you do too! Better yet, this delicious Butterfinger Lava Cake is super simple to make!
Sometimes you just need a decadent dessert to top off a long, chaotic day. The delicious cake, gooey lava and crunch of the Butterfinger pieces all come together to give you an amazing treat that will satisfy your chocolate craving.
I love how easy this recipe is to put together. It is perfect for when you need a treat and do not have a ton of time or when you want to bring a delicious dessert to a potluck or backyard barbecue or pitch-in.
If you have little ones in your life, this is also a fun recipe to have the kids help you make. For one, they are going to be gaga over the the candy bars and have fun breaking them up if you choose to use a kitchen mallet instead of a knife. Ryder and Iyla thought breaking the Butterfingers with a mallet was the best thing ever!
