Aunt Lou here.

This Creamy Crock Pot Cheesy Tortellini I adapted from Gooseberry Patch’s 303 ‘Round the Clock Recipes is so easy to put together! I love a simple recipe, don’t you?! And best of all, everyone in my house devoured it! So cheesy, so creamy and a whole lot of yum!

How to Make Creamy Cheesy Tortellini in a Crock Pot

Place your tortellini in a lightly greased 4-quart crock pot. Mix together your marinara sauce, cream cheese and fresh herbs. Pour your sauce mixture over your tortellini and stir all together. Lay your mozzarella slices on top and sprinkle your shredded parmesan on top. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.

  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

      Hi Deborah!

I haven’t tried it with dry tortellini. I would suggest cooking them al dente before adding them. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!

      Happy cRockin’
