How to Make Chile Lime Corn on the Cob in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.

And now you have this Chile Lime Crock Pot Corn on the Cob recipe. It takes your normal corn on the cob recipe and gives it just a little something extra!
Now, I know it is going to seem weird when you get to the recipe part. Only a cup of water? Say what?! Yep. That is all folks! Your slow cooker keeps the moisture in, so it takes a little bit of water and does a whole lot of cooking!
Some of you may be thinking, “Why in the world would I use a crock pot to make corn on the cob?!” Well, we have tons of readers who cook on the road, live in tiny houses, are going through kitchen remodels or find it easier to cook in the crock pot than on the stove. Plus, it is a great way to cook corn on the cob without heating up your kitchen! Regardless of your situation, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!
