How to Make Garlic Tomato Pork Chops in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We love the delicious flavor of this Garlic Tomato Crock Pot Pork Chops recipe! It has a savory yumminess that also has a kick.
If you do not want it to be as spicy, however, you can use one 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained, and one 15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained. It will be a little less tomatoes, but it will cut down on the heat of the recipe. My husband loved the heat. It was a little spicy for me, however, if you do not already know, I am highly sensitive to spiciness. So, I thought I would give you an option for those who love heat, like Michael, and those who can’t handle it, like me. 😉
All of the ingredients in this recipe come together beautifully. They give the pork a wonderful flavor. You can serve it smothered with all the fixins or with just the cooking juices. Either way, it is delicious!
