This Easy Pork Chop Tomato Rice from Gooseberry Patch’s Slow-Cooker Christmas Favorites is a great recipe that is easy to make and delicious! It is a great way to switch up your normal pork chops!

We love pork chops in this house. We love to pan fry them, grill them, smother them…you get the idea! However, we had never had them with any kind of tomato flavored recipe. What a great idea! This Easy Pork Chop Tomato Rice was so flavorful! Yum!

I love how easy this recipe is to throw together…and I love the smell of browning pork chops. It is quite possibly one of my favorite smells of all time. Your house smells wonderful when you make this. Your mouth will be watering!

Easy Pork Chop Tomato Rice Recipe

Ingredients for Easy Pork Chop Tomato Rice

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10.75 oz can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup long cooking rice uncooked
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Easy Pork Chop Tomato Rice in the Crock Pot

  1. Heat your oil in your a skillet and brown your pork chops on both sides
  2. Salt and pepper your pork chops to taste and place in slow cooker
  3. Mix together the rest of your ingredients in a bowl and spoon over your pork chops
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (If it starts to get dry, add more water, and do not overcook pork chops)

    I love your bourbon chicken and your Mississippi chicken! They are the absolute best. Going to look at your Mississippi beef roast. Mikey, my daughter knew of you from high school.
