Place your chicken pieces in your 2.5 quart or 3 quart or 4 quart crock pot.
Mix together remaining ingredients (except for cornstarch, water and rice) until well blended.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook for 2 hours on low or 1 hour on high, stirring halfway through cooking.
*Note: If you need a longer cook time, don't cut your chicken until just before serving.*
Remove your chicken from your slow cooker and keep warm.
Mix together your cornstarch and water in a small bowl or coffee cup.
Pour your sauce and cornstarch mixture into a saucepan on your stove over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Turn your stove down to a simmer, stirring your sauce frequently until your sauce reaches the desired thickness.
Once sauce is thickened, stir chicken in with sauce and serve chicken on a bed of rice drizzled with the sauce.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
