Put your pork roast in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker.
Pour your Big Red or substitute over your roast.
Sprinkle seasoning salt and pepper all over the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, until your roast can easily be shredded with two forks.
Remove roast and shred with two forks.
Serve shredded meat on a sub or hoagie bun and spoon cooking juices into a ramekin or small bowl to dip your sandwich in.
