Pour your undrained green beans into your 6 quart slow cooker.
Put your drained potatoes over your beans.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top everything with your sausage slices.
Put your soup and cheese on top.
Pour your broth all around the edges of the other ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours.
Give it a good stir to stir in your cheese to the cooking juice before you serve it.
