Put your chicken cubes in a large pot and top with BBQ sauce.
Stir BBQ sauce and chicken together until all the pieces of chicken are well coated.
Cover and cook over medium high heat until the BBQ sauce starts to bubble.
Stir in the frozen corn, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until your chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Serve chicken mixture over cornbread squares, top with cheese and crumbled bacon.
