Place pork chops in one layer in the bottom of your casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot.
Pour your melted butter evenly over all your pork chops.
Sprinkle the layer liberally with lemon pepper seasoning for more flavor or moderately for a more subtle flavor.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or 1.5-2 hours on high. Halfway through the cooking time, flip pork chops and sprinkle lightly with lemon pepper seasoning.
