How to Make Lemon Pepper Boneless Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Lemon pepper just happens to be one of my favorite seasonings. It adds so much flavor to a recipe. This Lemon Pepper Crock Pot Boneless Pork Chops using this wonderful seasoning to make a delicious recipe. With only three ingredients, this recipe is prepped so incredibly easily. By using boneless pork loin chops, this recipe cooks up really quickly. This recipe really checks off all the boxes.
When making this recipe, you can decide how strong you want the flavor to be. If are like me and love a strong lemon pepper flavor, you can sprinkle your pork chops liberally with the seasoning. However, if you prefer a more subtle flavor, you can have that too by sprinkling your lemon pepper seasoning more moderately. Whatever your preference, I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

What You Will Need for Lemon Pepper Crock Pot Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients Needed
- 5 boneless pork loin chops
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Lemon pepper seasoning to taste
Equipment Needed
- Butter knife
- Cutting board
- Small microwaveable bowl or coffee cup
- Stirring spatula
- Casserole Crock Pot or 6 Quart Crock Pot
Time Needed
- Prep Time: Less than 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 3 to 4 hours on low or 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours on high. Halfway through the cooking time, flip pork chops and sprinkle lightly with additional lemon pepper seasoning.

Lemon Pepper Crock Pot Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 5 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- Place pork chops in one layer in the bottom of your casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot.
- Pour your melted butter evenly over all your pork chops.
- Sprinkle the layer liberally with lemon pepper seasoning for more flavor or moderately for a more subtle flavor.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or 1.5-2 hours on high. Halfway through the cooking time, flip pork chops and sprinkle lightly with lemon pepper seasoning.
