How to Make Beefy Cheesy Hash Browns for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This flavorful, yet easy to make, Beefy Cheesy Crock Pot Hash Browns for Two recipe was a huge hit at my house (just like the original recipe). My family loves the flavors. The ingredients combine to give you a flavor packed, creamy sauce for the shredded hash browns and beef. I love that making a dish that everyone in my home loves to eat is so simple. I am so happy to have this recipe available for those who have asked us for recipes with fewer servings. This is definitely a recipe that everyone should get to enjoy.
The portions I have here are for two main dish servings. However, this recipe can be used as a main dish or a hearty side dish. If you use this recipe as a side dish, this will provide closer to four servings since the servings are smaller.
(Psst..if you think this recipe sounds really good but need more servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
