How to Make Cheesy Beefy Mac Casserole for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
My family absolutely loved the original version of this recipe that has more servings. I like to take our favorite recipes and adapt them to a “For Two” recipe so that people who do not need as many servings can enjoy it too! So, you now have this Crock Pot Cheesy Beefy Mac Casserole for Two to enjoy.
One thing I like to do when I make a recipe using cheese, especially Velveeta, is to try to make sure that as little of the cheese as possible is touching the sides of the insert. It keeps the cheese from sticking to the insert and/or overcooking. It isn’t always possible, but I was able to do that for this recipe pretty easily.
(Psst…if you think this recipe sounds delicious but you need more servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
