Place corn in the bottom of your 2 Quart Slow Cooker, 2.5 Quart Small Casserole Crock Pot, 3 Quart Slow Cooker OR 4 Quart Slow Cooker
Empty Greek yogurt on top of corn.
Add cream cheese cubes and butter pats, making sure the cream cheese cubes do not touch the sides of the insert.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours on low or 1 hour and 15 minute to 1 hour and 30 minutes on high, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Add 2 T grated Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined.
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
