How to Make Parmesan Creamy Corn in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This Parmesan Crock Pot Creamy Corn is not anything like what you will find in a can at a store. It is so much more! The Greek yogurt, cream cheese and butter give you the delicious creamy sauce that goes so well with the corn. When you add in the grated parmesan cheese at the end, it adds an awesome pop of flavor.
When I make any recipe in a crock pot that uses cream cheese, I try and make sure that the cream cheese cubes do not touch the sides of the insert. This will help your cream cheese to melt more evenly and not overcook where the cream cheese cube is touching the edge. Once the cream cheese cubes have melted, they stir in really easily with the rest of the ingredients.
