How to Make Angel Creamy Corn in Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We love the Crock Pot Angel Chicken recipe so much. The flavor of it is just amazing. So, I got to thinking that those flavors might be really good with corn, and boy was I right! This Angel Crock Pot Creamy Corn is so delicious! My 10 year old son took one bite and said, “Mom! That stuff is amazing!”
This recipe is not just really flavorful, it is super simple to throw together. All you have to do is mix an Italian dressing mix in with an 8 ounce tub of chive and onion cream cheese in a large bowl and then mix in your frozen corn until it is coated. After that, your crock pot does the work with just a stir or two while it is cooking. Easy peasy!
If you want to serve this recipe to a crowd or at a pitch-in (what us southern Hoosiers call a potluck), you can double it up and put it in a 6 quart crock pot. The cooking time should be really similar. As always, watch it closely the first time you make it to make sure you adjust the cooking to your specific slow cooker, whether you are making a single or a double batch.
