How to Make Angel Creamy Corn for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Angel Crock Pot Creamy Corn for Two is based off of one of my absolute favorite side dish recipes. It is so good (and so easy to make) that I knew I had to convert it to a “for two” recipe so that everyone can enjoy it!

I made this using the double broiler method since it is a smaller amount, and both my 3 Quart and 4 Quart slow cookers cook pretty hot. By using the double broiler method, it helps to evenly distribute the heat. It also helps to make sure the cream cheese does not get burnt on the sides of the insert. It is an easy way to get great results!
