In a small mixing bowl that will fit in your 3 or 4 quart round slow cooker, mix together 1/2 cup Chive and Onion Cream Cheese and 2 1/2 teaspoons Italian Dressing Mix until completely combined.
Slowly stir in 1 cup Frozen Corn until it is all well coated in the cream cheese mixture.
Pour a couple cups of water into your slow cooker insert and place the bowl in the insert (the water should not be over halfway up the side of the bowl).
Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
