Prepare your filling per the instructions on the box and set aside.
Prepare the crust per the instructions on the box and press into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and bake per instructions on the box.
Once the crust baking time is done, stir the filling you set aside and pour onto your crust.
Take a small spoon and plop small spoonfuls of blueberry pie filling all around your lemon filling (the blueberry filling will sink into the lemon filling).
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover, rotate your baking dish if your oven does not cook evenly and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. It is done when the center is set and the edges are golden.
Once your blueberry lemon bars are done, set them on a cooling rack to cool for 30-60 minutes (the more your lemon bars have cooled, the easier they will be to cut).
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
