Mix together your soups, onion, garlic powder and frozen shredded hashbrowns in a medium mixing bowl.
Spread half of your rope sausage slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 2.5 quart slow cooker, 3 quart slow cooker, 4 quart slow cooker OR 2.5 quart small casserole crock pot.
Top sausage slices with hashbrown mixture.
Place your remaining sausage slices on top of everything.
Sprinkle your shredded cheese evenly across the top.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes, turning your insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
