How to Make Cheesy Sausage Hash Brown Casserole for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

The original recipe I adapted this Cheesy Crock Pot Sausage Hash Brown Casserole for Two recipe from was a major hit in my house. I thought this would be a great recipe to convert for our readers who need fewer servings. My son was the first to try this, and he told me it tasted great. Then I tried it, and I had to agree!

Not only does this recipe taste great, it is easy to throw together. This would be a great recipe for someone who is new to cooking, and will be a breeze to those of us who have been cooking for a long time. Whether you are a well seasoned cook or new to cooking, I hope you and whoever you share this recipe with enjoy it as much as we do in my house.

(If this recipe sounds good to you but you need more than two servings, you can find the original recipe with more servings here.)
