Instructions

  • Place your potatoes in the bottom of your crock pot
  • Top with your onion
  • Add your sausage slices and corn
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and red pepper
  • Pour in your chicken broth and just enough water to cover everything and stir
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

    Hi. Just wondering is this is supposed to be like soup? Mine is very very soupy.

      There is quite a bit of liquid so everything cooks up evenly. If you don’t want the liquid when you are serving it, I would recommend a serving with a slotted spoon. Enjoy!
